This website is operated by Street Smart. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Street Smart. Street Smart offers this website, including all information, tools and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here.
By visiting our site and/ or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”, “Terms”), including those additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein and/or available by hyperlink. These Terms of Service apply to all users of the site, including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and/ or contributors of content.
Street Smart reserves the right to modify, update or change these terms and any contents of the website at any time without prior notice.
We are committed to protecting your privacy at all times, in all situations. The information we collect about you when you place an order or become a member is used to provide a more personalized experience on our site. This information will NEVER be sold, given, rented or traded to others.
If you have "opted in" or subscribed to one of our newsletters or mailing lists, we will always provide you the opportunity to "opt out" or unsubscribe. For example, each e-mail we send you will tell you how to decline further e-mail.
GENERAL SHIPPING INFORMATION
We ship all orders via USPS, UPS or a comparable delivery service.
You will receive a tracking number for your order the same day it ships. After you receive your tracking information, please allow 48 hours for our chosen carrier to scan the package with its first update.
In-stock merchandise is usually processed and shipped within 1 business day. Orders placed before 2pm PT on business days will be shipped the same day. Orders placed after 2pm PT will be shipped the next business day.
Most U.S. orders have the expected delivery of 1-5 business days. Media Mail items (such as sketch books) may take an extra couple days to arrive.
Once we package your order and drop it off to our respected carrier, please note that the package is out of our hands. After that, we can not tell you exactly where your package is or when it will arrive. If your order appears to be missing mid-transit, please contact us and we will help resolve the issue the best we can. We are not responsible for stolen packages.
RETURNs & EXCHANGE POLICY
Aerosol products are not eligible for returns or exchanges of any kind. We may allow returns or exchanges for other unused products, if the return/exchange is requested within 10 days of the original purchase date. If you wish to return or exchange an item, please contact email@example.com with details of the item(s) you wish to return/exchange and we get back to you as soon as possible. If you are approved for the return/exchange of an item, we will start to process your refund/exchange once we review the returned item(s) after being returned to us. Shipping costs for returns and exchanges must be payed in full by the customer. Once we receive the returned item(s) and determine that the condition is appropriate for resale, we will start to process your refund. Please allow 7-10 days for the refund to post to your account. We reserve the right to charge a 15% restock fee for all returns and/or exchanges.
OUT OF STOCK ITEMS
We do our best to keep our stock accurate on our store, however, if an item that you purchased is currently out of stock, we may backorder that item and proceed to ship the rest of your order. You will be notified with an expected shipping date for out of stock items through a follow-up email.
Depending on which merchandise is out of stock, we may hold your entire order until the item comes back in. We will only hold your entire order if the out of stock merchandise is scheduled to arrive within the next couple days.
International shipments can take anywhere from 4-10 weeks to arrive. Orders placed from a residence outside the US may require an invoice due to additional shipping costs. Please allow 24 hours to receive the invoice. You can contact us at any time if you have questions about international shipping.
