Street Smart reserves the right to modify, update or change these terms and any contents of the website at any time without prior notice. This includes pricing and availability information, which is not guaranteed. It also includes any errors, omissions or inaccuracies relating to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, and shipping charges. All site contents are provided on an ‘as is’ basis without warranties or conditions of any kind, either expressed or implied.

At Street Smart, your privacy is our priority. We are committed to protecting your privacy at all times, in all situations. The information we collect about you when you become a member is used to provide a more personalized experience on our site. Without your consent, this information will NEVER be sold, given, rented or traded to others for purposes other than order fulfillment.
If you have "opted in" or subscribed to one of our newsletters or mailing lists, we will always provide you the opportunity to "opt out" or unsubscribe. For example, each e-mail we send you will tell you how to decline further e-mail.
GENERAL SHIPPING INFORMATION
We ship all orders via U.S. Postal Service or a comparable delivery service.
You will receive a tracking number for your order the same day it ships. After you receive your tracking information, please allow 48 hours for our chosen carrier to scan the package with its first update.
In-stock merchandise is usually processed and shipped within 1 business day. Orders placed before 2pm PT on business days will be shipped the same day. Orders placed after 2pm PT will be shipped the next business day.
All U.S. orders have the expected delivery of 1-5 business days. Media Mail items (such as sketch books) may take an extra couple days to arrive.
Once we fill your order and drop it off to our respected carrier, please note that the package is out of our hands. After that, we can help you track your order (if you are having problems), but we can not tell you exactly where your package is or when it will arrive. If your order comes up missing, we highly recommend that you file a claim with our chosen carrier. Due to the unfortunate rise in package theft, we recommend having someone available to receive your shipment. We are not responsible for stolen packages. However, please contact us and we will help you resolve it the best we can.
SPRAY PAINT MINIMUM REQUIREMENT
In order to fulfill our $3.00 Flat Rate Shipping, we require a minimum of four 400ml spray paint cans to be purchased in one order. If less than four 400ml cans are included in an order, we will send a $7.00 invoice to cover additional shipping costs. If the buyer refuses to pay the invoice after 12 days, the order will be cancelled and the original order will be refunded within 30 business days.
OUT OF STOCK ITEMS
If any of the merchandise you have selected is currently not in stock, we will backorder the item(s) and give you an expected shipping date through a follow-up email. Please allow 24 hours to receive a follow-up email.
Depending on which merchandise is out of stock, we may hold your order until it comes back in. We will only hold your entire order if the out of stock merchandise is scheduled to arrive within the next couple days.
International shipments can take anywhere from 4-10 weeks to arrive. Orders placed from an international residence will require an invoice due to additional shipping costs. Please allow 24-48 hours to receive the invoice. You can contact us at any time if you have questions about international shipping.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
We offer free returns on all unused products within 30 days of purchase. If you wish to return an item, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org for a free return shipping label. Once we receive the returned item(s) in as new condition, we will process your refund. Please allow 7-10 days for the refund to post to your account.
If you wish to exchange an item, please contact us at email@example.com for further instructions. Make sure to include information about the item you'd like to return and the item you'd like to receive in exchange.
